Serves 2:
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 chopped green pepper or red or both
1 onion, chopped
A baked potato
2 carrots, sliced

1 bottle of Italian dressing salad
Two large sheets of aluminum
2 large plastic Zip-Lockbags
Seasoning as you desire (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper)
All the preparation is done before you leave home: prep time 20 mins
Place the chicken breasts in one of the large zip-lock bags and pour the salad dressing into the bag so the meat is covered. Freeze overnight before you leave for camping.
Place your cut and sliced veggies and garlic in the other zip-lock bag

Layout 1 sheet of foil and roll edges.
